GET INVOLVED! Volunteer! Donate! Advocate! Northwest Housing Alternatives and the Annie Ross House depend on community support from individuals like you to help us end family homelessness and to create housing opportunities in Oregon. We value your support and are committed to making the best use of every generous donation. In 2010, 85% of every dollar donated went to support our housing and services programs. The balance of 15% covered administration and fundraising efforts.
The Annie Ross House can always use school supplies, household goods, furniture, cleaning supplies, toiletries, diapers and food. Unfortunately our storage space is limited so please contact Michelle Gearhart at 503.654.1007 x 112 or Gearhart@nwhousing.org to arrange a drop-off. Volunteers play a key role in Northwest Housing Alternatives mission. School groups, civic clubs, religious groups, individuals and corporate volunteers provide hundreds of hours of assistance to the organization. Advocating for Northwest Housing Alternatives is a great way to help us spread the word about the hard work being done at NHA to create opportunities through housing.
