Rolling out the 2nd annual NHA toilet paper drive!
Many of our families rely on SNAP benefits (Food Stamps) as they work towards housing independence. Unfortunately, SNAP benefits do not cover important and necessary items such as toilet paper and household cleaners. Help NHA cut costs by making a donation of toilet paper so we can focus our resources on helping as many local families experiencing homelessness as possible.
To help families living at the Annie Ross House we are holding a toilet paper and household cleaner drive, and we need your help!
You can purchase directly from our Amazon wish list aand have items sent right to our doorstep!
You can drop off items at these local Milwaukie businesses until June 17th:
The Warrior Room
Bob's Red Mill

Affordable Housing News
Northwest Housing Alternatives provides homes to over 2,500 Oregonians in 1,658 units spread throughout 17 counties. We operate the Annie Ross House, the only family shelter in Clackamas County and prevent homelessness before it begins through our HomeBase program. br />
We offer informal “Tea and Tour” events to talk about who we are, the people we serve and what is going on in our community. Keep in mind this is not a fundraising event - you will not be asked to make a contribution to Northwest Housing Alternatives, it is just an opportunity to learn more about us.
In 2013, we have scheduled tours of the Annie Ross House and NHA’s Milwaukie campus:
Please RSVP to Mallory at email@example.com or 503.654.1007 ext. 109.
We can also set up a personalized tour for your group of up to 10 people. Please feel free to bring a guest!
